Monthly Stats Report, August 2008
Without further ado here are the August stats for Moneybites dot com:

Traffic and RSS
This month saw another small decrease in traffic. This again is fine because the decrease was due to a cut down in advertising. I feel if I had continued my levels of advertising from before that the stats would actually be higher than last month. The Alexa and Technorati ranks, both fell nicely to good levels and I anticipate they will keep falling. RSS growth was slower this month with an increase of only 20 readers, but that’s still better than nothing. Next month I will try and beat that growth (and badly hopefully).
Earnings
This month’s earnings saw a huge increase. Last month the blog made $264.09. The goal for this month was to match that earnings level (keep it steady). Instead the blogs earnings went way up to $371.76. This is mainly fueled by my MarketLeverage referrals. The earnings from them were a very nice $237.76. This was combined with a small increase in miscellaneous commissions from $24 to $36 this month. My goal earnings wise for this month is simple, once again maintain the previous levels of earnings for the blog but if I can try and break $400.

Good stuff Max, I have yet to start disclosing complete stats but traffic was down last month for me as well. Mostly due to very much the same reason, which was less advertising and promotion, had to get all those changes done and implemented and launch the new win a free laptop from market leverage contest deal.
